Bidding Guidelines
Follow these rules when submitting a proposal.
1. Eligibility
Only accounts with a verified role of Consultant, Contractor, or Service Provider may submit bids. Your account must be verified by an administrator before your first submission.
2. Legal Undertaking
Every bid begins with a legal undertaking. By checking the acknowledgement, you affirm that all information supplied is true and that you have authority to enter into the proposed engagement.
3. Track Record
Provide at least one previous project reference. Include the project name and financial value; supporting attachments (completion certificates, client letters) improve your chance of shortlisting.
4. Technical Methodology
Describe your approach in at least 20 characters. Explain how you will meet the specifications, coordinate with other trades, and manage inspections.
5. Financial Proposal
State a total bid amount in your chosen currency (PKR, USD, AED, or EUR). Select a payment schedule — Option A (milestone-based), Option B (lump sum on completion), or a custom milestone plan.
6. Timeline
Attach a realistic timeline. Timelines that materially differ from the client's stated project window will be flagged for review.
7. Coin Cost
Submitting a bid costs one coin for each PKR 100 of its value, rounded up (so any valid bid costs at least one coin). Coins are consumed only on successful submission. Withdrawn bids are not refunded automatically; losing bids receive the configured partial refund when the project is awarded.
8. Communication
All post-submission discussion must happen through in-platform messaging. Off-platform communication is discouraged and cannot be enforced by the platform.
