Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using MEPF Suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Roles

MEPF Suite supports four user roles: Client, Consultant, Contractor, and Service Provider. Each role has distinct permissions, workflows, and responsibilities as described in the platform documentation.

3. Project Posting & Bidding

Clients may post projects for tender. Consultants, Contractors, and Service Providers may submit bids on active projects. All bids are binding proposals reviewed by the client. Clients are responsible for verifying the qualifications of any bidder they engage.

4. Coins & Payments

The platform uses an in-app currency called Coins (1 Coin = PKR 100). Bid fees scale with the proposed PKR amount, rounded up to a whole coin. Coin purchases are processed via JazzCash. All transactions are final unless otherwise required by law.

5. Content & Documents

You retain ownership of drawings, BOQs, specifications, and other documents you upload. By uploading, you grant MEPF Suite a limited license to display, transmit, and process those files as required to operate the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) impersonate another party; (b) upload malicious code or infringing material; (c) attempt to bypass authentication, authorisation, or payment controls; or (d) use the platform for unlawful purposes.

7. Account Verification

New accounts may require admin verification before certain features become available. Providing false credentials during registration may result in permanent suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

MEPF Suite provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee project outcomes, bidder qualifications, or contract performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEPF Suite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
