1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, phone, company details, city, role), content you upload (drawings, BOQs, bids, messages), and technical data (IP address, browser, device).
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to operate the platform, match Clients with specialists, process Coin purchases and bid transactions, deliver notifications, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) other platform users where required by workflows you initiate (e.g., a Client can see a bidder's proposal); (b) payment processors (JazzCash) to complete transactions; (c) service providers acting on our behalf; and (d) authorities when legally required.
4. Cookies & Sessions
We use HTTP-only JWT cookies to maintain your login session. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded documents are retained for the life of the associated project and up to 12 months after project closure.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@mepfsuite.com. Deleting your account removes personal identifiers; anonymised transaction records may be retained for audit purposes.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel. No system is fully immune from breach; we will notify affected users of any material incident.
